Parkstone Development Partners supported the transformation of the former Thomas Jefferson Intermediate School into Industry Detroit, a 110,000-square-foot innovation hub in Midtown. Our firm led the zoning and parking analysis, vacated Frank Street to consolidate the property, and successfully rezoned the site to SD1 to accommodate its adaptive reuse.
Through our expertise in land use entitlements, we streamlined the pre-development process and created a clear path for approvals. This work helped unlock the building’s potential as a community growth hub, featuring mission-driven office space, training rooms, an event center, and a café.
